"I have bought Hoka running shoes at the Evansville IN store in the past. When I had trouble locating my next pair for an upcoming race, I called and spoke with Ryan at the store. The shoes I wanted were discontinued. However, he sent a company-wide email and located not one, but two, pair of the shoes I was looking for. They were even discounted! I paid over the phone, and he had them mailed to my home. He was so prompt in getting back to me and so helpful in getting me the shoes I wanted. I truly appreciate his “over and above” customer service!"
