If he had as much realty law knowledge as he did arrogance, I'd give him five stars. He's what you call "a good ol boy". He only helps out friends and is less than equitable and fair. Couple this with his hubris and propensity for fumbling law and bungling paperwork, and you've got the real estate law equivalent of a third grade playground bully who doesn't understand why nobody plays with him. Mr. Landy it's too late to change your ways, but maybe I can at least keep others from making the mistake of actually PAYING you for this joke of a service."

He's taken my money and has not called me back, will not set up a time to see me. In my eyes, he's a thief. If you're wanting something done in a timely manner, go to someone else."
