"Statements made by the receptionist who facilitated the tour, we're insulting and personally hurtful. Her visual observations should be kept to herself and shared with the staff as need to knows for the betterment of my child versus choosing to use an open forum of the admitting office in front of others. Not to mention her observation is not valued or wanted, seeing that she does not hold not one certification in childcare development."
