"I don't know what's going on at this location! I've given them multiple tries and it's just.. sighhh. I'm not sure if they are training the people making the drinks properly or what. Today was the last day for me, I even seen the car ahead me orders not made right and then I pull up and my and my daughter drinks aren't made properly. I didn't want to cause a fuss so when the girl asked me "is something wrong with your drink" cause she seen me checking them out when she handed them to me, I just shook my head and said No. But this location is bad.."
"They’re always out of something at this location. Today it was honey packets. No stress, I ordered a hot latte instead. Waited 15 minutes for this drink when I was the only person queued inside. There was about three vehicles waiting for their beverages in the drive thru. After all is said and done they gave me my beverage, that I paid extra for a milk sub, with plenty of room in my cup. Not to mention the workstations behind the counter were absolutely atrocious and the restrooms and cafe seating were also dirty. I don’t expect much but for a slow time I definitely expected more from this Starbucks."
"They had 3 people working and when we entered they took our order. There wasn't anyone inside at the time and we waited 30 minutes to get our drinks. Another reason to avoid Starbucks."
