"Lately Lil Caesars has had real employee issues, like no shows so the had to close the store several times by 5pm. But this day they had it going! A gal took my order, was pleasant and 1 guy in back was making the pizzas. He was fast and above all he was accurate in his makings. As soon as the pizzas were out of the over the gal took over from there. She cut the pizza and she remembered who got which pizza. I am glad they have some decent employees now. I really do like the flavors of everything we have ordered from there."

"Always something wrong with this place. They either closed early, card reader never works, or they don't have the staff. When they're actually open, they are great. But that's rare for that to happen, spend a couple extra bucks and support the local pizzeria across the street. DONS PIZZA FOR THE WIN!!"

"If I could give no stars I would. I went to little caesers a few times and everything was great, these last times have been a NIGHTMARE. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up my food. The lady at the register said they didn't have one of the items I ordered. I figured I would get a refund but haven't STILL. That was in July. I assumed it was just one little hiccup so we order again. Well this time I do the mobile order again and wait to pick it up because I had been out for hours. I go to pick it up and one of the employees are outside and asked if I had a mobile order. I said yes and he said well we cancelled all the orders but I'll check if we have yours. Takes him 40 minutes to just find out my food was never made. Finally he comes out after the 40 minutes and said I would get a refund as they cancelled it all. Well it took me an entire month to even get a refund. I spoke to customer service who sent my info to the managers that never called. I had to go all the way up the chain just to get my refund. I will no longer support this business and it sucks because the pizza was good when it was actually made. They have closed many times without stopping the mobile orders and still accepting payment for things that they aren't even making. It's no wonder they are short staffed. They suck!"
