"Don’t seem to know what they are doing. May be better off hiring your kids to do the job."
"I’ve used them twice. Very professional and fair pricing. They came when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I will be using them again."
"Did repair of 2 tubs, 2 yr warrior. 6 months the surface started peeling in the master bathtub. After several calls and complaints he came and repeated the tub. It has now completely peeled off. Would not recommend."
"Had them come and refinish our bathroom countertop. Looks great and was much cheaper than replacement. The gentleman who did the work was very knowledgeable and professional."
"After 3+ weeks on a waiting list to get my door refinished. Monday, two men came and replaced my door with a sheet of plywood, said my door would be finished and back Friday. Tuesday morning, I got a text message saying that my door was NOT wood, maybe ”composite type material with wood grain look” or possibly fiberglass, the owner of the door refinishing company was not sure. I told him just to bring my door back. Jay Wilkerson then called and I asked how he did not immediately know it was not solid wood, before even removing it from my house. His response was “how did YOU not know it wasn’t a solid wood door?” (I am a housewife, doors are not my profession.) He then told me that they had already used two different types of solutions to strip the door, neither worked so they sanded the door, and my only option now was to paint the door. The door that was stained when they removed it. I told them again to bring my door back and I would find someone else. Now, I have a sanded door on one side, and the door will not latch. Not sure if they somehow warped the door, but you can push/pull it open without even twisting the knob. The deadbolt is the only way to secure the door closed. And he said I “should be happy he did not charge me to rehang the door”. Maybe this was just a horrible one time experience, but be careful people."
