"I bought a bed frame the other day and it was given to me with a huge forklift rip in the box. It's something that happens by accident. They don't use forklifts so they company that delivers to them were most likely at fault. You have to look over your products though. That said I went to the store I bought it from and showed him. At the time I purchased it I was told I could return if unopened then it changes to I can't authorize returns but I can replace it for you. I don't expect anything less. That was the second issue but at this point I just wanted a frame not ripped up for my new mattress. I go the next day and pickup the new one. It's not ripped up but the frame isn't made well and I had to put something underneath it so it wouldn't snag and rip my mattress. Too many sharpe pieces of metal for a bed. One piece looks like a manufactured mess up and a sharpe piece of metal sticks out that shouldn't. I'm not satisfied with my frame but I will make it work temporarily. I recommend anyone getting a bedframe to order online from a bed in box because they all allow returns if you're not satisfied. Bedzzz Express does not. They were very friendly and have some nice mattresses in stock but after this I don't see myself buying anything from this company again."

"My husband and I knew what we wanted when we left the house. We are both huge fans of our Purple brand mattress and pillows, so we knew when we upgraded we would be staying with a Purple. We just wanted to know which one and if it was worth it to get it in store or online. The sales rep, Brandon, was so helpful answering questions we had and even the offers we had seen from competitors. He was able to get us everything we needed and more by matching online offers from the Purple website! Ended up leaving with the mattress we had been dreaming about, a protector, a set of sheets, and free delivery! The delivery day was also very convenient! Brandon told us what day it would be arriving and that they would give us a call in the morning for a delivery window and another call when they were on the way! We were able to get everything set up and ready in just a few minutes! (No waiting around all day) The delivery guys were awesome! It was so nice to not have to worry about carrying the heavy bed or trying to unroll it! Go in store! Don’t buy even the online brands from the website! It was worth every penny!"
