"I had an amazing experience. The rooms were immaculate and so beautifully decorated. The breakfast was hot, and I mean a spread, something for every eater. The staff all had beautiful hearts. Especially, one of the ladies that cleans the rooms. I left my cell phone. She had it bagged with the room # and had a smile on her face when I found her. Overall one of the best staycations of my life. Will return."

"It was raining in the room due to water damage and neglect. My father in another got shocked from a live exposed wire. When this information was brought to the front desk the lady brushed us off and continued to draw on her note pad. Disrespectful and lack of professionalism. Will not return."

"Very nice newer hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Two issues seem to be the same when I visit. The cheap $3 clocks originally put in the rooms and virtually unreadable as most digits are burnt out. Also the treadmill makes so much noise I could not watch TV. I really like this hotel and the location but little details matter to a business traveler."

"Great room at a reasonable price. Located behind the Alabaster Promenade and close to everything. Comfy and clean room; service and reception staff were good. Complimentary breakfast was nice. Pool and fitness center were great as well."
