"I had my daughter come in and order me some Loaded fries & I paid the additional $1 for the fresh cut fries. Here’s my issue the fries lacked any flavor and were not fully cooked and the cheddar cheese sauce well at least that’s what it taste like to me was a tad bit on the loose side and it really didn’t have much flavor either honestly. I will say that my food was still hot when I received it and the bacon pieces had a really nice flavor but the ratio to fries vs bacon bits, and green onions could have been better overall the loaded fries were decent. Not too much of a wow factor. In my opinion this appetizer is definitely not worth $9 plus tax but I get it this is a business & the point is to make money. But quality and consistency is important as well. This is my Second time trying food from here and not really being pleased with my food. P.S I attempted to call but no one answered."

"I ordered two dinners: The chicken wing dinner was VERY DISAPPOINTED. The wings weren't whole wings, they were OVERCOOKED, and they tasted like they had been fried in old grease. The yams were watery...not candied at all. I called and spoke with the manager, Honey at 103rd near MichiganAve location. She said she didn't understand what I was saying, basically she told me this couldn't be true. They require you to pay for the food with a credit card even though you're picking it up. I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING ELSE."

"Food was delicious. Worth the wait. Only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't place order over the phone. They only took in person or online. This meant we had to sit in the car and wait for our food after ordering inside. But the food was very good and there was plenty of it. We were full! It was our 1st time and we def plan to return."
