"What an enjoyable experience. Drinks and food fabulous and our server Danielle, very informative and the even brought the owner out to meet us for future events. We had the Elote shrimp, Proof-tine, amazing salad bar. With so much already we shared the pan seared Atlantic salmon ,red chimichurri, with sherry honey sprouts topped with basmati toasted pepita. An amazing place and looking forward to future visits. Now heading back to the social lite room for our concert!!"

"My husband and I were so excited to visit. The food looked so good! We love different places. First off the atmosphere was great! The bartenders were awesome! We got a table ordered drinks! They were great! We ordered a appetizer and it was OK. But I was super excited for my dinner. When I got the food. The presentation was very pretty. But the food was not good. I thought maybe I was just being picky or my taste was off so I had my husband try it. His face said it all. We are not people to send food back so I just slide it to the side. He tried his food next. He did not enjoy it at all. I tried his food and thought it was better then mine so funshed his meal. But it was all so so bland. Just not good. So I just Ordered another delicious drink. Probably will not go for dinner ever again. Drinks yes!"

"I enjoyed my dinner at Proof°! The buildings beautiful character is still intact with slight modern updates. We started off with the Sticky Asian Barbecue Pork Shanks. The meat fell right off of the bone and they were very flavorful. We each ordered a seasonal cocktail, I got the Lemon Cookie Martini and my husband got the Jack Frost. The martinis were made with their house infused vodkas. They were good, but it was not the greatest vodka for the price. For my entrée I ordered the Mariscos a La Vodka. WOW! The muscles were cooked to perfection, and the Merlot aged Parmesan sauce is to die for!! I’ll be back for this dish! My husband ordered the Beef Medallions, the beef is seared tender chuck but we would not get it again. The sides and flavor was there but the meat was too tough for the price. The service was great, everyone was friendly. I look forward to returning and exploring more of the menu!"

"Loved this new concept in the former Welch’s building. We started with the hummus plate and I had the salmon entree. The salmon was fantastic, crispy and almost fried on the top which made it melt in your mouth. I also detest Brussel sprouts but these were actually very pleasant and I found myself eating more than I thought I would. I also appreciate that the menu is marked with allergens, so I don’t have to inconvenience anyone with a request. Will definitely be back!"

"Though not much has changed with decor, the food and vibe have elevated considerably. I was loving every bite. Yes, more upscale than Welch’s but for sure tastier and more gourmet chef quality. The server was very friendly, and I felt very comfy."
