"went to Rally,s tonight..ordered two double rally burgers with cheese no tomato's ..waited over 15 minutes for food, got my order went home . got into sack pulled out two double burgers with no cheese and had tomato's on it ..went back to Rallys re-ordered two double Rally burgers with cheese no tomato. pulled up to pick up window gave incorrect order to person at drive up , got new order and asked if order was correct.. he assured me it was .. should have checked it, when I got home it was two plain hamburgers no cheese... not even close to what I wanted >>went back for third time to get money back and will never go back to Rallys again .. employee that worked at that Rally's hard to be brain dead with no training Rally.s has lost a customer for life"

"It's Rally's... you kind of know what you're getting when you pull up. The location on State has some sort of automated system that takes your order, I'm not sure on the particulars but it SEEMS like it's probably actually trying to interpret your speech. It's made a few mistakes on my orders but I don't really complain, because... well, it's Rally's. I'm not going into it expecting things to go that right. I will say that once I get to the window, the staff is always fantastic and friendly. The fries are usually pretty good. The burgers are fine. I think as long as you're going in expecting a "maintenance meal" to tide you over to dinner, you'll be alright. If you're expecting a pleasurable sensory experience, maybe you need to manage your expectations a bit"

"I don't know why Google is refusing to load my review but the stellhorn road location is terribly operated and staffed!!!!! It needs to be staffed with more people constantly throughout the operation day and anyone positioned as a manager needs to actually be held true accountable for the quality of service and for the quality of food.... Managers or anyone put in the position to manage even if momentarily need to be properly trained on how to diffuse situations and they especially need to be reprimanded when they so quickly dare to lecture customers on manners and etiquette! The employee with the orange hair and facial hair, he needs to be confronted and trained how to properly handle situations and he needs to be reminded that he does not have the authority and should not take the position to lecture a customer on etiquette and manners unless it is a last resort........"
