"The food was okay. However when we walked in, all but one of the booths was occupied by employees laying down messing around on their phones. One employee was even vaping what smelled like pot. Another person was mopping and put all the chairs up on the tables so noone else could sit down. It was ridiculous. Oh and the employee that was vaping, at one point went behind the counter and grabbed a hand full of tortilla chips without washing her hands and took them back to ther table to lay back down and vape some more. Totally grossed out by this place and will never return."

"I have a restrictive food intake disorder called ARFID which makes it hard me for to eat anything outside of my comfort foods such as nuggies, bread, pasta, etc. I ordered 3 cheesy roll ups and it seems super small to be happy about, but they didn't mix in any tomatoes or lettuce into ANY of them. My disorder is so severe that when any other taco bell puts 2-3 tomato or lettuce pieces in them, i mentally can't eat it. They also put hella cheese which the other places act stingy with it. This really may seem small, but as a 22 year old who has to go to an eating therapist because i'm so scared to try things, it's a big deal to feel comfortable eating here "

"This is hands down the best Taco Bell in Fort Wayne. Everytime I come, it is speedy, fresh, and tasty. My order always tastes the best from here, and they never skimp on ingredients like other locations do. This is the only 1 I come to. Keep up the great work everyone, especially the night shift!!"

"The service and quality has really stepped up. I used to dread going through the drive thru cause I knew something would be wrong. Not anymore! The lady with the shaved underside is especially great. She always makes sure you’re taken care of."

"Such a shame that the attitudes of people reflect the way they work and treat customers. The customer service is so poor with young Americans attitudes of not caring. But again this is what you get when you pay your employees on a daily basis rate. Managers are way too young to be managing an establishment. But I am sure the customers aren't any better."
