"I liked the store the first 2 times I was there but then they got a new "manager" *UPDATE - the store must have a new manager because prices jumped up! It's like every new "manager" tries to prove themselves by jacking up the prices without any regard for the community around them. Again, shame on you and your greedy corporate mindset! You are not a charity, and you should NOT get the tax breaks that come with that status!"
"This location is small for a Goodwill store. But it still sells quality used and charitably donated items at very low prices. Goodwill has especially good deals for: clothing (for women, men, and children); purses, bags, backpacks, luggage; books and DVDs; glassware and vases; kitchenware; water bottles; toys; limited selection of shoes and boots; etc. Least likely items you will find here: mobile phones and accessories."
"Guys in the back that take in charitable donations need basic customer service skills. Don't forget people are donating towards a good cause. If you don't support the cause and the people that donate resalable items who ultimately keep the business going then don't work there. Plenty of other places that will accept free donations. I've made my last donation to this location."
"This seems like an okay location. Some aisles were blocked and they don't have dressing rooms. The upper racks of the shirts on the wall are so high it makes it uncomfortable to hold my arms up that long to look. I still picked up a few finds."
"In my opinion, the selection at this Goodwill is lacking & nearly everything is over priced. However. I DID find a few actual vintage items... which was nice. BUT!! I ended up buying ABSOLUTELY NOTHING & for the first time EVER in my life...I pushed my nearly full cart towards the register area & walked out. I let the 3 teenagers working that there was NO WAY I'd buy ANYTHING from this location after how incredibly RUDE they were to me. Not that it made even the slightest impact on any of them as they found it hilarious & the female at the register remarked..."Thank God, now I don't have to check her out!" Truth be told, their unprofessional behavior was unbelievable from the time i walked into the store. At first, i thought their manager had to be in lunch break or something. Boy, was I wrong. They were so consumed with socializing with one another, talking on their phones, complaining loudly about custumers STILL in the store shopping as they were straightening up here and there. That is, when they weren't running thru the store chasing one another jumping over furniture or pounding on the bathroom door repeatedly anytime anyone tried using it. Making sarcastic remarks like maybe we should slide a magazine under the door followed by more laughter. But, the real shocker was when closing time drew near & they began very rudely announcing that the store was closing and everyone needed to come to the front and check out. Loudly saying they were done and ready to go and if anyone wanted to take their time they weren't getting checked out. I hadn't found exactly what i needed so i was still looking and was followed by one make in particular with the encouragement of the others. He kept telling me i needed to start walking towards the register and i told him i knew they closed at 9 and would check out when i was finished to which he said i better check out NOW or i wasnt going to be checked out because they were pulling the register at 855 pm. I just shook my head and went to check one more area and he followed me saying the store was closed & i had to check out NOW. I was so angry at this point that I followed him and that's when i walked out. I sat in the parking lot crying out of anger and frustration & they had the nerve to circle my vehicle waiting for me to leave. Horrible experience. I can't believe teenagers like this are left to run a store. I left a message for the manager that was never returned."
