"I love this park. They just opened it back up after doing a complete change. It is so nice."
"Sometimes you have 30 mins to get away from it all. This is my place. I come here on Sunday and feel close to God."
"Beautiful park with piers trails playground and benchs to sit. Highlyrecommend"
"2024.01.13 - Came here to relax and fly my drone around and take some pretty pictures of the park. The park has grown up over the past years. Better boardwalks and some asphalt walkways have been added over the last 8 years. There are two fishing piers in the park. The north fishing pier is a little smaller than the southern fishing pier. The southern fishing pier also has a square donut style walkway at the end. Different from other fishing piers I've seen. Good parking on the north side of the park and close to Moe's Original BBQ for dinner. Watched the sunset here. Absolutely gorgeous. There are new bathrooms in a small white shed style building. Very new. OK lighting in the pergolas but the park is closed as dusk so the lighting is not designed to allow you to spend the evening in the park. Definitely a peaceful place to come and relax and unwind from the wilds of the world."
"It's a great place to take a morning walk or just sit and collect your thoughts by the bay. Great walking trails, super clean bathrooms and picnic areas where you are actually able to eat on the tables without a tetanus shot. There are 2 really neat cemetaries off the trails that are worth exploring. Watch out for ghosts!!! I've been there at night its a little creepy. Its easy to spend a few hours out there exploring nature at it's most serene. The beach area is perfect for taking your dogs to frolic on the shore, just watch out to gators and while exploring you can always run into all kinds of wildlife; gators, deer and pelicans to name a few. Two fishing piers make fishing very pleasant."
