"My daughter and I had the best experience this evening! Mrs Rita an employee there was an angel. An absolute blessing in disguise! She helped my daughter get her pet bearded dragon. "I came in, made eye contact with person on cash register, who was surfing his cell. After waiting for service, in an empty store, I hollered from the back, if he could help me. After getting service, went back to front, where the guy was still on his cell. I got his attention, then he proceeded to ask a bunch of questions, putting info in his phone, that obviously wasn’t working right. I am already registered with Petco. I told him I couldn’t keep standing due to having leg surgery. He finally just used the register, checked me out. I told him, my next purchase would be from his competitor. If you can’t just ring me up, take my money, I’m done, won’t be back!"
"This is a nice pet store. My cat likes to use their cat litter and I like getting refills out cat litter for decent price. They also have good food and toys and pet supplies. The staff is nice and helpful to care for your pets."
