"Walked by and thought the art deco exterior looked amazing, so decided to stop in for a drink. I was lured in by a lucite door pull and classy logo, then inside felt like a bait and switch and looks like it was decorated by a college dude. While the person who greeted us was very nice and took the time to explain the self-serve taps, and I know that taste is subjective and not every place is or should be for me, the vibe is very white cis-het conservative American (like there was very obvious political decor) which can be alienating if you are not. We were the only ones there shortly after opening, and the back room was still covered in beer pong cups from the night before and the bathroom was less than clean (yet somehow the whole bar smelled strongly of bleach). It was fun to try lots of different beers, but my partner and I ended up spending over $30 on some small pours which amounted to less than 2 pints, which felt like a lot to sit at a plywood table near stacks of cardboard boxes and help ourselves. I don’t think we’ll be back but I get the feeling they don’t want too many weirdos anyway."

"Tried 3 different beers while here, the first one was flat and tasted terrible, they did take it off my tab. The second beer came out ALL foam and the 3rd beer barely trickled out. I cashed out and left. Good idea, worked terribly, we won’t be back."

"I love these types of places. Tons of beer to choose from. Don’t have to wait on a bartender, and can pour as much or as little as you like. Plenty of different beers and seating with a nice outside patio. Love the exposed bricks and the shiny floor. Could use some TVs to watch sports games and currently they don’t smoke meat at this location and bring it in."

"My wife and I visited on a nice Saturday evening around 10PM. They have a large assortment of drinks ranging from meads, ciders, craft beers and your usual drafts. Range of drink choices is a 4 of 5 stars and you pour your own using a RFID card at each spout. Atmosphere: 2.5 stars. At the time, very little patrons. The layout is a bit funky and the vibes are just meh. Redeeming quality: back patio. Pricing: 3 stars as we spent $65 between the two of us. Each beverage has a different price/ounce and some can get very pricey ($2/ounce) Will I visit again?? Likely, to try their next rotation of drinks, but only if it's nice outside so I'm not stuck inside."
