"We ordered online a day early for pickup. We wanted the baker's dozen on the half price Tuesday special. I arrived to pick up the order and it wasn't there. I asked about it and I was told that there weren't enough bagels to fill the order, so they didn't fill it. That was a bit disappointing. They didn't partially fill it either. They also didn't send an email letting us know they couldn't fill it. I did find out that if we order 3 days in advance, they would have the bagels to complete the order. Disappointing, but I learned for next time, I guess."
"Who can take your order & never get it right? Panera can, can! Really - HIGHLY suggest you double check it. Carry-out or drive thru, it doesn't matter. They can not follow simple directions. For the cost of convenience of simple food, it's not worth the headache."
"Went in last week and had a bowl of creamy chicken & wild rice soup. Fabulous! Went back tonight for the same. I was given a bowl of watery stuff. Went to the kitchen counter and very politely told a staff member what the problem was. She very politely took the bowl from me, said she was sorry and thanked me for telling them. Excuse me? Not a single offer to replace my soup with something else?! So sad. We had been enjoying our visits there until this mishap. No one seems to care about customer satisfaction these days."
"Spent nearly $7 for the thinnest, smallest piece of egg and sausage ciabatta. Also they forgot the cheese. Incredible how expensive this place is and how low the quality. Should have gone to McDonald’s"
