McDonald's

"Service was slow. I was second car in the drive thru...it took 10 minutes to get a sandwich and fries and the help was the typically unfriendly, no personality workers McDonalds has come to be known to employ. The food was terrible. The fries and sandwich were overdone and put together poorly. In fact, the fries were put in the bag upside down. But this place will stay open because of its quick and easy location by the interstate."

"I currently live in Franklin since moving from Greenwood and this McDonald's is horrible on night shift/ 3rd shift. My order is usually missing a item or the contents of the order is made completely wrong. The fries are almost guaranteed to be RE-DROPPED into the will over due change of oil. I work fast food I know how things get. But I also know the difference between it being busy and maybe you're trying to get things out at a fast pace, and just slopping things together. It's not a bad location it's very beautiful and clean on the inside and out, just needs people back in the kitchen that care a little more on night shift."

"Not a good place. We have to ask for straws and no containers to hold ketchup. Bad place. We have to use the lids to hold ketchup."

"I always go to this McDonald's when I'm in Franklin as it's normally way better than the one on 31. It was awful this time though. The fries were awful, cold and overcooked. It was very obvious they haven't changed their oil on fryers for awhile as everything we got from Nuggets, French fries and a fish filet sandwich were all dark and stale tasting with that "bad oil" taste. The fish and fries I had were cold, the Nuggets and fries my nieces got had just come out of the fryer though and they were the same way- extremely dark and tasted awful. The crew members were hustling but they were so incredibly short staffed that not one single table was clean and the looks on all of their faces said they hate their jobs. Honestly, after 30 minutes in there eating, I completely understand why they hate their jobs. It looks like this McDonald's is going down the drain just like all the rest of them. I probably won't be going back to any as it's just a waste of my time and money. The store manager and owners really need to get it together. You can't work your staff to death while not being in there helping them. I know it's not fun but as a fast food restaurant manager, you work A LOT. If you're not willing to do that then it's not the job for you."

"Pretty bad visit. Stopped in for a quick simple bite. The cashier kid was nice but something was going wrong in back. All the workers seemed frazzled and panicking. They ended up locking the entry doors so they only had to deal with drive through. That was clearly a mess too. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. I was one of 5 people sitting way to long waiting for a simple order. This doesn’t seem an abnormal tale these days, I guess they really are having a hard time getting good workers but I think bigger than that no good leadership/management."
