"The store is always in great condition and I love the layout. The store manager Mattie goes above and beyond to make herself available to the customers and answer their questions thoroughly so that there is confusion about the way the store many sales function."
"Love Kirklands but the older lady who works there was so rude when I asked about the clearance and she kept repeating herself like I was stupid m, I really wanted those bowls but I wasn’t going to spend my money somewhere where they treat me like that, even my best friend was like why is she taking to you like that"
"Love it. The sales r real sale and great quality. I love the fall look!!!"
"Interesting and fun decor with the prices being very reasonable. I shopped around to many stores and online before discovering Kirkland's. I found exactly what I was wanting for a fraction of the price. A bit of a mishap though when I got home w the box and opened it up only to discover it wasn't the color I had wanted. Since I live very close it wasn't really a big deal to return it for the correct box."
"Found a really nice gift for an older church member who shares my birthday. The price was decent. The service was strange. The cashier tried to send me out with the picture that I purchased without a bag. She commented that she didn't have a bag big enough to put it in and then just handed it to me. I asked if it could be wrapped in some of the brown paper from the huge roll that stood behind the counter. She tore off a piece so small that it didn't even cover the entire picture. I asked her for another piece and she only gave enough that time to close the gap. Very strange. Not sure why she rationed the brown paper or what made her think it was acceptable to send my purchase out without a bag or covering."
