"If I could give 1/2 stars I would. The prices in the store tends to be higher than the website. The Gentleman helping my mother became impatient and rude when I decided to change the order to online in order to save money. He told her that I could not order online and pick up in the store even though I had called ahead and found out I could. Their system took a long time to update to reflect my order. I asked my mother to thank him for his patience and he said yeah I am patient. He really started to make her feel a little uncomfortable after a while."

"I ordered custom performance wear for my team and we needed to have them by a certain time. They told me it was possible and 2 days later a man called and was very nasty saying that they won't be in until a week later. That caused a problem for our team and we had no apology, just rude behavior saying it was our fault. A week later I was going to pick them up and they weren't even close. Still in Indianapolis. There is no excuse for horrible customer service."
