"Found this company online while searching for a black marble coffee table that showed available. Ordered back in September, the item was not available. I requested a refund in November as they told me the item was on back order twice and I needed it before the holidays. It's now almost end of January and have yet to receive my refund. Getting a response from customer service is difficult and good luck trying to get someone on the line. Thinking this company is a scam."
