"Went in to Jefferson point location over the weekend. Just wanted to give a shout out to the young man that was working the ice cream line, he was such a hard worker during this busy time of the evening while the other two were standing around. I asked his name and it was a very unique name and can’t remember but started with a Z. He was very out going and made sure that our family was truly satisfied with our choice of ice cream.. my kids love that he did a couple tricks for them. We will definitely be going back when is is working!"

"My latest visit was deeply disappointing due to the behavior of one of the staff members. During our visit, we encountered a Mexican worker with dark hair working at the front, rolling the ice cream, whose conduct was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable. His behavior seemed discriminatory, making the atmosphere unsettling. We expect a welcoming environment where all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their background. This experience was not only uncomfortable but went against the inclusive customer service expected at such establishments. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a better experience for all future customers."

"Previously I haven't really enjoyed Coldstone until my recent visit. I noticed that they had a new flavor called "Silk Chocolate Almond milk", it was AMAZING. I am the type to not like a lot of heavy chocolate flavoring and this flavor was light but still had that amazing chocolate taste. I am hoping it is not a limited time thing and that it will be there next time I go. This is the flavor I would continue to purchase every time I go! They have a good variety of toppings, if you add more than one it costs $1 but they do give you a good amount on the ones you choose. If you are looking to try something new, give the Silk Chocolate Almond Milk a try! It is also plant-based for anyone who is interested."

"I ordered a cake for my daughter on her birthday but I was not happy about the quality of cake so I approached the manager (Raul) and told him about it. He refunded me my money for the cake and offered me another cake and top of that he hand delivered to my house next day same cake I ordered. That made my daughter very Happy. Thanks a lot. Great service by the manager. Service and quality was excellent. I truly appreciate it. Keep up the good work."
