"I used to come to this location at least once a week. ever since late October, the store has gone DOWNHILL. the store is a mess. the employees don’t seem to care about the customers and the owner never seems to be there !! there’s always clothes that are misplaced and shoes all over the floor !! They have a lot of teenagers working there now and they got rid of the old staff they had. I loved the staff they had during the summer but lately, it’s a mess and it looks like they are going out of business honestly."

"Decent prices for mostly gently used children’s clothing, toys, and other misc. Was able to find what we needed rather than wait for shipping and at a great price. The place is packed with items, which can sometimes make it hard to look through things (example: snowsuits) and the shoes were a jumbled mess with various wrong sizes in each bin. Altogether, would return for convenience and probability of decent pricing."

"I love that we have options like this to buy affordable children’s clothes and accessories. This location needed a little help the day I visited. I loved the up-front parking and the store was cleaner than most locations for sure (I usually visit the Washington St location and it’s a mess). But the shoes were very disorganized. It took us so long to find shoes my daughter’s size because a) almost none were in correctly labeled bins and b) many of them should not have been deemed acceptable—some were missing insoles or were very dirty or damaged. Some did not even have a matching shoe. We also saw a three-legged chair for sale (due to damage, not design). Don’t know how that made it in. I did not buy many other things just because prices seem to have gone up. Or maybe this location just prices higher due to different clientele than Washington St? The employee (she might have been a manager) was warm and nice and explained that the shoe situation was due to a recent sale and being short staffed. That’s understandable, but still not appealing. I’d go back, but only out of necessity, which is usually the case anyway."

"This is our go to location for selling our gently used items. You can drop off and as long as you come back the same day. They’ll also send you a text when they are done. It’s nice to be able to leave and do other errands. Most other locations force you stay inside the store and it can be inconvenient. I recommend going here as the staff is always pretty friendly. They don’t always give you a great sell price, but it beats other methods of selling."
