Bought shoes on October 28th, went to return them today, unworn besides in-store and I was told that they were worn, and unsellable and they would not do a return. Then the person said they saw us wear the shoes out, when we did not!! all they are are liars and do not honor their return policy."

"Customer service was great. Our daughter had shoes she "knew" she wanted. Once she found her size (she was several sizes off what she thought she was). She didn't like the way it fit. Then she tried a few other styles and she found out that the one she likes was the one I suggested before we got to the store. The guys and gals that were working during a busy rush were overly helpful and made sure to check in on us regularly. Thanks Vans!"
