"They close at 9pm but would not take a return at 7:55pm. You can't try anythg on so you are forced to pay, go home and try things on, make a 2nd trip to return what doesn't fit.. you only have 1 week to return. Now they turn me away over 1 hour before closing and i drove in the rain. Once you do return, can only get a credit..no refund! You can find a deal or two but totally not worth my time and gas money! I'm done after this and will just support other businesses. Absolutely ridiculous!!!"
"Unprofessional attitudes. Refuse to allow some homeless people I had with me to try on clothes. Had $700 that I was going to spend. They lost every bit of my confidence. Also had a minister with me who wanted to get a couple outfits as well several suits actually and ended up putting them back because they would not let him try them on. This place is awful highly recommend no one to shop here they don't deserve our business."

"Goodwill stores offer various donated items for sale at low prices (especially clothing, but far from exclusively that.) Compared to other Goodwill stores in Indianapolis I've visited, this location seems smaller, and with less selection; but it's still nice."
