"I would steer clear of this place!!! It's a nightmare whether you are buying directly or getting your appliances delivered by them. My appliances arrived two weeks later than the scheduled delivery date and they never answer their phone. You will regret ever doing business with them just like I have."
"Purchased a double oven and it was delivered broken and installed broken. Didn't test it out until delivery guys left. Now can't get anybody from this company to respond and help with the matter. The repair warranty company wants to charge me out of pocket for a appliance that is suppose to be brand new. Next step is to contact Attorney Generals office and get an Attorney. Total ridiculous for a customer to have to go through this. I would tell future buyers to not do it, because once they get the money, you are totally on your own. FYI, I had to give 1 star for this to post."
