Despite how annoyed I am, I’m actually giving 2 stars because I used to work here and I know what to expect so the joke should really be on me. It took weeks to get in for an oil change after I had to take an unexpected work trip. Ok, no big deal, it’s not their fault I had to take a trip. But I knew I was going to be way over on miles by the day my appointment got here so I was already pushing it. When I scheduled, I took an appointment at 2pm (earliest slot available) based on the assurance that It would be no problem for me to drop off in the morning and the shuttle would be able to get me to work by 9. I made it clear this was very important as I have a corporate meeting. I get there when I said I would be there and request the man in the drive call for the shuttle. He said he would let them know I was here. I walked in and grabbed something to drink and awkwardly stood there on the drive. When I finally asked him for an update, he said she would be back in about 15 minutes. Uhhhh…now it’s 8:54. I told him that I had no choice but to leave and reschedule. Of course this means I will have to wait forever again. He promised that even though I was way over on miles, it will not affect my warranty. I know better than that. Also… I purchased this vehicle back on may 3rd. Was promised that little details that needed fixed would be addressed and my sales person would be reaching out to me. It’s almost October. I’ve tried reaching out so many times I can’t even see straight. Never even so much as a return text message since then. I refer Romain to my customers for both service and auto purchases. If they can’t take care of me as someone they know well, how can I expect them to take care of my customers that trust me? I’m hoping that I hear from them with a solution so I can continue to recommend them as I have an incredible amount of respect for the Romain family and the president of the auto park."

"Was in a week ago a picked up a used town & Country and drove it across the county and back in lees than a week and $0 repairs. Needs oil change now. Lol. And not a gentle drive, I used the van to escort oversized trucks. I will be returning looking for more vehicles for my company.
