"I had called yesterday to find out the public skate time. Showed up today to take my daughter iceskating for her birthday. They told me the public skating was full. Would have been nice for them to register online before I drove an entire hour to get to the ice rink. 1 star absolutely unacceptable terrible communication to customers. Especially having to drive so far to spend my money with you."
"Lack of employees to open concessions and tavern during busy weekends is not good. It is not as clean as it should be. Outside food is not allowed, but they won't sell you any food either."

"I blame both the skate school and hockey school for changing the family passion of soccer for hockey. This has been a fantastic experience for my son with both sets of staff at the complex. 9n top of instructions, the group who works the bar, concessions, and office are always great to interact with."
