"Love this theatre ❤️ 21 & up , very nice upstairs 21 & up. Reclining loungers. Most of time popcorn is hot and fresh , this time cold and stale. You can put your own butter on too. Staff is always very friendly"
"We love coming here for our movie dates. Best theater in town. A++ We really enjoy coming in the evening time, the gentleman with the long (majestic) brown hair who works concessions at night, always provides us with excellent customer service and has a steller personality that always brightens our day! They always have clean restrooms aswell, and the building is kept very clean. The seats are super comfortable and the walkways are roomy too. 10/10."
"This is the best movie theater in North Alabama. We travel from Cullman just to come here because of the great seats and 21+ vip section. There is shopping and food all around the theater so we usually show up early to do some shopping before the movie and eat dinner. Highly recommend!"
"No but seriously let’s talk about it. Is Christmas so I get it everything‘s hectic. Some things are stressful And I also understand the misery loves company, but please do not bring that over here so Today I was enjoying the day The guests were amazing. My manager, Madison was amazing and all in all I had a good day up until a guest came up to me at box and asked about a phone that she had accidentally left in theater 3 of course, I follow protocol and go ahead and ask the usher team if they had collected a phone from that theater, and that seating that she gave me, I was answered by one usher Victoria and she let me know that she had not been in theater three just yet. I don’t know if she referenced another person or whatever happened I couldn’t really hear her but another employee not sure who it was but it was a male voice, and it was not the usher manager. Fired back with the response that he wasn’t in theater three and did not have a phone that did not answer my question so I went to further because I did not hear him and asked what was that? He then fires back again with the same response and I respond with. I didn’t ask about a location of which you are in. I asked about a guests phone I did not get a response and I waited for the customer to come back after checking to see if Her phone was still in the theater. She came back and did not have it in her hand or with her at all. She then proceeds to ask me again if we can check the lost and found and so I called for the Usher manager Mack he comes up and another employee follows him. I am guessing Jake was the one who gave the response. I’m not going to assume but by the way, he approached the manager and said “I need to talk with you” right after I had asked for the usher manager at box seemed a bit strange but that’s neither here nor there she might have gotten her phone. They may have told her to come back and check tomorrow. I’m not sure, but I did not see her for the rest of the night, but at the end of the day I do not get paid to deal with peoples attitudes , so I would simply ask that I wouldn’t have one especially on a holiday especially when I’m having a good day already. I’m currently pregnant and should not be stressed out by any situation anywhere but definitely not at work. This is insane not only that I stopped into the bathroom once, when I first came in, there was no toilet paper and one of the stalls and the outside of the stalls in the inside of a few of them were absolutely atrocious. Once I got done in the bathroom and went back to my station. I let one of my fellow employees know because I did not have a walkie at the time because for some reason at box office, they’re missing , so I let them know to tell the usher team that the bathroom needs to be restocked and cleaned. I go back in there again before my break and it was the same problem. It had been a span of three hours before I went back into the bathroom, and the fact that it was still dirty, and still had no toilet paper in that same stall is again insane as an employee I’m flabbergasted because normally when our general manager is there for some reason pressure is applied but as soon as he leaves, everything goes completely downhill and I’m not understanding how people can manage to have attitudes and they’re not doing what they’re supposed to be doing so I’m just questioning myself here and trying to see. Am I the one that’s going insane or is company policy Seriously, not being taken seriously? I try my best to do my job and ignore the little things. I try my hardest to look past what other people are not doing and try to self criticize myself, but at the end of the day, if I know, I am working my hardest to make things look right not only that I get compliments from managers and guest on how hard I’m working and how seriously I take my job , and then I look around see my fellow employees and fellow managers at that discarding the fact that this is their job and it needs to be taken seriously because if one person fails, we all fail there’s no point in having a team."
"A nice place to shop and watch a movie. The theater is pretty big and has a bar area, a place to lounge, play pool and other games. The frozen margarita was just average, but the seats are nice and comfy to sit in while watching a movie."
