"Latest and greatest experience yet for 2024 customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walk into this location and ask to try on the 5items I’m holding in my hands. The female staff tells me the fitting room is under construction. No sign , no hints of construction..I walk over to the fitting room door peek in , it’s completely in tact. Now another female employee plus the other whom lied to me are talking about me using profanity making racist, degrading remarks. They both then tell me as I walk back to them that I NOW REALLY can’t use the fitting room bc of theft in the store. Funny how the story changes right. They include it’s not just this location is ALL locations that won’t allow customers to use fitting rooms . CLASSIC. they go on to say ever since COVID …. Lol yeah right I was using the fitting room Two weeks prior ! All this is happening while she’s on her phone with it on speaker ordering her chicken wings . Love that ! The other employee has her phone on speaker as well taking a training course while they are both yelling at me . Doesn’t get better ! I ask a guy if he has a pair of Jordan’s in stock and he says only if I have a raffle lol even though raffles were 2 plus days ago lol so I say I don’t need a raffle can you check a size … he says not unless I’m purchasing something in the store with a tag price of $50 or more dollars . I laugh and say “what” … he tells me it’s store policy for ANY RETRO OG Jordan. Riiiggghhht . My feedback is this .. u all just work there or at least not for long bc you have district managers , regionals , and corporate. It makes a great story for the news how the ghetto employees discriminate other ethnics from shopping and making purchases bc they think it’s there house .. it’s not. Who hires at that location ? Why is it only black people ? Don’t tell me bc it’s the hood bc it’s not ! Nor are the employees whom work there."

"I love the selection. But be careful leaving there I went there today to grab some J,s. And I had a car follow to the mall from there and try to pop my truck door lock to get the shoes out. Luckily they didn’t get em. I don’t know if I’ll be going back. I ain’t trying to get shot over some damn shoes"

"First and last time buying shoes there. I had to exchange my son's shoes I bought on sale. Mind you he had not even worn them yet, and since it had been a week they couldn't honor the sale and had Me pay more. I went ahead. However, this is something they should address and change. I will not recommend anyone buy shoes from there. Even tho, the store was clean and well organized, I do have to acknowledge that."

"I drove 40 minutes to get to the store but they closed up 40 minutes before closing time on the door which is 6 pm, Why set store hours if your customers can't count on it to be true no one is going to reimburse me for the gas I lost driving here."
