We felt completely deceived as we were told everything was in working order, but when we got home we found out neither the CD player nor the DVD player worked. Brought this to the attention of the manager who responded, "Sorry man, I didn't know." Really, what kind of car salesman doesn't check over his inventory!? Refused to refund us a measly $350 so we could fix it. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they are either incompetent or they are liars!"

"Bought car there two years ago...paid slightly over fair market value because I really needed a car. It started to show rust after having it for 6 months...everything started to go wrong with it..after numerous repairs I decided to trade it in after paying on loan for almost two years..found out the frame was almost completely rusted through in two spots...underneath the car had been painted so that it wouldn't show the large amount of rust the car had. Rust had been painted over on doors as well...this car was kept in our garage when not being driven. When I bought this suv it was only 7 years old..I still don't know what would have happened to cause this much rust to accumulate inside and outside car..I will NEVER buy a car from Spencer Ford again."
