"Some of the staff are knowledgeable, but a few have an attitude unbecoming of their position. I took a battery there to have it tested and was told after about 2 minutes that the battery was bad. I didn't have $180 at the time to buy a new one (my truck takes a really big battery) so I took it home and left my truck parked for about 2 weeks. My fiance's car broke down and out of desperation I put the battery back in my truck and behold it started and I'm still using the "bad" battery to this day. My suspicion is that the associate (who will rename nameless cuz I'm not the type to out someone like this) was angry that day and didn't even bother testing it."
