"Tina a older lady got very rude with me when I came in to the Frankton Indiana store with my 3 children. It was a quick trip. I did not get greeted when I came in I got dirty looks z my daughter needed to use the bathroom and when we came up to ask her she turned her back and walked away! Then when I processed to check out she got a attitude with me told me with a nasty tone that dollar general requires u wear a mask at all times a s if I can't obey by the rules I have no business being there excuse me!?!? I always where a mask everywhere I go the one time I forgot to grab it nor did I realize I wasn't wearing one I get attacked!! Not only by the rude employee but by customers as well!! I spend a lot of money at this store ans because of this very rude woman I will never buy from their again!! She never offered to give me a mask when I came in or even said anything to me about not wearing one when I came in. I wouldn't be so upset if she was nice about it instead she was very rude and hateful! That is not good business I will be letting others know as well!"

"Love the low prices. But the store I was just shopping at makes you wait in long lines for 10 to 15 minutes before they ever get anyone to open another register. If they ever do open one."

"I believe this is the store I went to in Elwood with my daughter. And if so I really liked it because they had a great half price sale on some really good and useful items. Since I just moved into a new apartment and I am needing lots of household items including furniture I was able to get a few things I had wanted and needed. I have been wanting one of those round furry chairs forever but I didn't have to money to pay 30 or 40 dollars for one plus I thought that was too much for one. My daughter found the sale aisle first and called me over there coz they had just 1 of the furry chairs for half price and was able to get it for 15 dollars. I was very happy about that since I had no furniture for my living room I was using lawn chairs lol. I was also able to get a few useful items for my kitchen and such. I had put a real nice foot stool that was half price in my cart that was like 6.50 and also one of those pillows with arms to prop yourself up like to watch tv in bed. But I had to put them back as I really didn't have the money to get them but my daughter went and bought them for me the next day. That was so nice of her and I love them and they are so useful right now. The store was clean, nothing sitting in the aisles, had a great sale on more than what I mentioned, and the employess-2 guys were friendly and helpful. I would reccomend this particular Dollar General to anyone"

"Most of the time they have great customer service, except for manager Brandi, if you see her dodge challenger parked outside don't bother going in, she is rude."
