"I went in to get headphones. The guy that was supposed to be working the front desk was not paying attention and was talking away while customers were waiting in line. The older gentlemen in the front of the line who had been waiting since I walked in, got upset and started to stuff things in his pockets(steal). I left without making my purchases. I was uncomfortable. Because I am parked out front, I saw the man leave with only the small bag. Horrible service and customer awareness."
