"Cashier was extremely rude. I had an issue with a new card for a new account and it declined twice. She proceeded to roll her eyes and get mad at me. I went to atm and returned to make my purchase. She was still rude that I was paying with cash. Very nasty demeanor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION."

"This is a very busy location, so near this intersection; but at least over the last couple months, it seems very well run by its staff. There can be a little wait at checkout when it gets unusually busy, but I doubt if it gets too absurd."

"I attempted to visit this store today but their sliding door in the front will not open all the way so I cannot enter using my wheelchair. I attempted twice, both times attempting to get a worker’s attention to see if maybe they could help the door get unstuck so it would open fully, and they looked my way but ignored me. The door opens like 4/5 of the way and then it’s just jammed against something."

"This location has really improved since before Christmas - I was able to cleanly navigate the aisles (I think a mobility aide would be able to make the corners now!), and for being early Saturday evening it seemed like a whole other alternate dimension! No stock shipment boxes everywhere, no crab-walking around other shoppers, holiday area already pushing Valentine's day stuff, product hanging on pegs and not on the floor/bottom shelf...and there were 2.5 checkout lanes open, and the line moved swiftly. I was thrilled to see the storage/organizing area was well-stocked and pretty darn tidy (a 1st in I don't even know how long, certainly months if not a year or more)! The cashier was super friendly and invited me to come to her lane (I'm fairly sure she was off the clock too, which is amazing customer service). Overall, I'm glad I've stuck with this store and look forward to many more shopping trips! UPDATE - This store just gets better and better! Aisles are clear and easy to move through, products are organized and on hooks together, and some new products never hurt! ** **UPDATE 8/22/22 - last 2 trips to this location, once had sign on door "be back in an hour" and once the doors were just plain locked without any sign. Appears that there's only 2 employees in-store every other time I've been in (1 manager, 1 clerk who was struggling to attempt stocking products and run a register at the same time (and without eyes in the back of his head). The products have fallen back into tangles and piles and empty shelves. Still a great place to get Thank You cards though. **"

"I ran in here today and couldn’t believe how horrible and dirty the store is! It looks like it should be closing it’s absolutely terrible! To add insult to injury there were 2 cashiers who both said they were closed while we were 4 deep in line waiting to check out! Don’t stop here if you don’t have to. It’s like walking into an alternate Universe that you just don’t want to be in!"
