"If I knew how these people were dealing with customers, I would avoid them at all costs. We brought the truck last Monday, and they said they couldn't take us before next Monday, so 7 days passed. Okay, this Monday, we called around 10 am, but the truck still wasn't in the bay. They said they would put the truck in shortly. We called again around 4 pm, and they said tomorrow morning. On Tuesday morning, they said by noon, but of course, it wasn't in the bay. Then we called on Wednesday, and they said it would be in a couple of hours. We called again at 2 pm, and they said it might be tomorrow morning or Friday morning! Ridiculous! The service manager doesn’t know what he is doing. These people need to understand that we are making payments on the trucks and losing revenue. Nobody cares, trust me. It's not worth your time."
