"Absolutely the worst car repair shop we have ever dealt with!!! My daughter took her car here for some front end problems (vehicle had been shaking and a grinding noise)They replaced the struts and and a few other things to the tune of 900$. Said motor mount was bad, but said it would be fine for now. She drove two miles home and parked it. Next morning she started to drive it and it started exhibiting the same issues. It wouldn't even drive. Had it towed to Mac's Garage in Burlington. Mac said a shaft next to the struts was broken and the bearings were toast. How do you not catch that when working on it??? The top motor mount was completely shot causing the motor to jump around. I do not recommend this place one bit!"

"Very unprofessional I took my truck to them to have the heater core replaced and they overcharged me by 3 hrs labor. Communication was lacking. They were a day late getting my truck to me. I changed the heater core myself in March and I am not a mechanic never have been it took me 4.5 hrs. A J auto repair charged me over 9 hrs. The book that allocates how long the job should take gives a certified mechanic 6 hrs to do the job. A J Auto Repair is a very dishonest shop. Beware they will cheat you."

"I had some repairs done in Cincinnati before driving out to Chicago, about 2 hours in the exhaust system was giving me major trouble and I pulled it into here. The owner was able to get me in quickly and help me get to my destination on time, and also helped me get photos and information on where the other mechanic messed up. Very up front, straightforward, and professional, much appreciated!"
