"Hancock always comes through for us. My husband drives for a living and yesterday hit something on the road , blew a tire, and bent a rim. Hancock was able to bend the dent out of the rim and get him a good used tire today at a fraction of what other places were trying to charge us. "Claimed to put a rebuilt engine in my boyfriends truck, thing literally broke down within 24 hours of picking it up, Hancock had to come pick him up. Within a year the engine is shot and the warranty he gave was garbage. Would give 0 stars if it was an option."
