"Wife took our son’s IPAD in for warranty work on the screen protector and was told she would have to pay for it. Then she could file a claim to be reimbursed by the insurance company. Just another example of a company not backing their work. We will never do business with this place again."

"Incredibly frustrated. I paid extra for a screen repair and protector with warranty. When I needed to use it only 6-8 weeks later, I was told I should have been given a little paper which I wasn’t. Since I didn’t have that to register my purchase, they refused to honor my warranty. No way to retrieve it. The sign selling the product in now way identifies it as a 3rd party warranty either. So, I was sold a bad product and the store doesn’t stand behind it and I’m out even more money to fix the screen AGAIN. The bare minimum they could do is identify the warranty company and process on their advertising."

"Took my iPad in because the spring on the start button was broken according to the Apple Store expert. I was told they fixed it but they didn’t tell me they did not replace the spring. 3 months later and it does not work again because they did not REPLACE the spring. I’m told there is no warranty on the repair because they basically did nothing but jiggle things around. So I paid for them to open my iPad and not correctly fix it and it doesn’t work after 3 months."

The price was extremely fair, not gonna say because every phone different. But they were extremely fair, fast and professional. No question about it, I would recommend them to anyone..."
