"Have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years now. Never had an issue after an oil change and have never been scammed or told I needed anything I didn’t already ask about. This past spring I had slid on ice and snow, and afterwards I had a persistent rattling and occasional scraping sound from my car. I hadn’t hit a curb or anything aside from a couple inches of snow and had only slid sideways about 20-30 feet at like, 12 mph, so I didn’t think anything under the car had been damaged. When I got my next oil change and tire rotation, I asked if they could see if they saw anything obvious that would be making the rattling/scraping noise and if they did, let me know what it was and if they could fix it. They said they could, and a couple minutes later said they’d figured it out and asked if I wanted to see. I went out to the bay with them and they showed me my heat shield had been bent back sardine can style almost. The guy said he could take it off entirely or bend it back, no charge, which I was grateful for. They stopped the annoying noise and gave me piece of mind that it hadn’t been something major wrong with my car at the same time, which I appreciated tons. The employees are always polite and helpful, even when I call back three times to ask how much my oil change is gonna be because I NEVER remember. Glad to have a local auto related shop that doesn’t scam and treat women like we’re ignorant!"
