So I call - Chuck says "well I'm busy until 5p so I'll come out after that, don't give up on me" I wait, nobody comes. I wait another 2 days, no contact. I text again to set up a time to have the vehicle looked at, no word Looking at these other reviews, seems that Chuck has a history of being unreliable. I'd advise anyone else to avoid wasting your time and contact someone else to junk a car"
