"Even though the young lady was working alone. She still had a great attitude and did a great job. The meat was not to good looking but she made sure to grab the better looking meat, and the vegetables could have been better looking but overall, my food came out good and the service was great."

"The current manager the young lady that opens in the morning has opened late on four occasions to my knowledge and I’m sick of it. She has poor customer service skills and upon me confronting her she just took her time and moved even slower. She has not only been rude to me but to my son as well because she assumed he was alone and had no parent to back him on four occasions she turned him away as a paying customer because she was late setting up and I had to send him back the fourth time I went in simply asked her what was her problem and she immediately shut down and said she wasn’t ready there was no apology or urgency she could had at least prepared my food and wht I was ordering she should not be a manager and it was intentional!"

"I took my 4 yr. old son here for dinner on the evening of Wednesday, February 7, 2018, after picking him up from daycare, so that we could grab him dinner. We frequently visit this place. Anyway, while standing in line placing our order this evening the older Indian woman decided to tell my son that “she didn’t like him” after he asked her for a chocolate chip cookie. When I asked her why she told him that she stated that “she was just playing”. The thing about this is just the previous week when we were in there the same lady told him that he couldn’t have a chocolate chip cookie when we placed our order, so she made him upset during that visit. Can a person be so cruel as to tell a 4 yr. old that they don’t like them in a food chain for no apparent reason? I was outdone to say the least, so we definitely WILL NOT be back to this Subway. Anyone who knows my son knows that he is the sweetest little boy. Why she would feel comfortable telling him that really disturbed me. Perhaps she feels that way about all Africa American people. She doesn’t have to worry about this Mom bringing her son back to this establishment. Needless to say that because my son was with me things didn’t get nastier than they did."
