Harold's Chicken Shack #50

"First time trying Harold's. Chicken is made to order and taste delicious. Cooked well, chicken is moist, outside is crispy, good flavors. The place is basic; you don't really come here for the atmosphere."

"Food was good. However part of my order was missing the extra sauce. Called spoke to manager said he would give a credit for the next order. He said he would leave my name and number with the cashier. He did not take my name or number then the phone disconnected and they did not answer again and I called back twice"

"The food wasn’t as good as I thought it would be. The inside of the restaurant makes it seem like a better establishment but the food is trash. The skin on the wings were terrible and they didn’t put the correct sauce on my chicken. The shrimps were good but the fries were soggy. The employees aren’t nice and act kinda cold. There’s always a wait but they say it’s because everything is cooked to order which is hard to believe."

"First off. Food was awful. Another place that can't afford a real Chef. Or better cook. Ordered several items. All items was loaded with salt. Salt covered up taste. It was more salt than fries. Dark Dingy looking place. Whomever is behind counter. Is very Untrained Ignorant person. Sadly. They look at U as if They are doing u a favor. No. Every customer that walks in your Door deserves Respect. Oh well. At the least a- 'Thank You' . Sadly. No one gives that or says that. Your food is bad enough. Just another place that's taking up space up a Decent Food Outlet. At least for now."
