"Customer service was not good. I asked for no pickles on my sandwich because I'm allergic and they put it on there anyway. I pulled off because I had somewhere to be so I had to throw it away. I tried calling a few times throughout the day and there was no answer. I will not be returning."

"Went inside to pick up a door dash order, an employee was mopping the floors, not mopping correctly (wasn't squeezing out the extra water in themopping, was just coating the lonny floor with puddle of water in the middle of the day (probably becUse they dont want to mop it during closing time when it should be) WHILE ITS POURING OUTSIDE - AND, not only did not one employee even acted as if I was present in the store & They tossed my door dash bag at me without a single "thank you", "hello", or "you're welcome".. and as i was walking out I completely slipped on the wet floor landing on my back, food bag fell out of my hand.. not one employee asked if i was ok or even acknowledged me still. My boyfriend went in and asked for the manager after showing him my wounds from the fall and they said it was my fault cus it was raining outside and wouldn't allow me to speak to a manager or write down my information in a message so I can contact someone. Rude employees and very unprofessional"

"Whenever we come to this McDonald’s it’s like the food is always made fresh and fast. The employees can be nicer but they are just doing their best I suppose since it does seem to always be busy here. The parking lot and inside of the restaurant is always clean."

"I really dislike the high tech ordering system. If I wanted to work at this place ( and I dont) I would apply. It seems like the patrons are doing all the work. And the employee's still can't get the order correct."

"They have kind employees SOMETIMES but other than that, the food is gross. It’s soggy and I found hair in the middle of my sandwich. I did call and let the manager on duty know so that they can be more observant when their employees are making the food. The manager was nice and seemed like she cared but who knows."
