"I highly suggest doing mobile orders. It’s always jam packed in this location and takes a very long time to get anyone’s attention. Please please please take a screenshot of your order and make sure you get it all because they forget to give the full orders. It’s happened every time I’ve ordered from there.. I have to tell them what is missing which is a hassle."

"Went in to get my door dash order and the store was backed up with at least 15 people deep in the store because the girl, who wasn't the manager, wanted to act like she was the manager and was trying to put my order (and other people's orders) in the portal oven to hold spots of other peoples pizza's for other orders so they wouldn't "look like they were as behind as they really were". I demanded she gave me my customers food. It has their name on it. Work harder and you wouldn't have that issue."

"It's akin to a cockroach... it'll never die, and it's rarely welcome. I admit to having a huge craving for some crazy bread (it's been years since I've had them). Thought I'd pop over for a quick treat. At close to one o'clock, on a Tuesday, there was a line (!) of folks waiting. I walked in, with the gaggle of assembled patrons all giggling. What gives? Out comes the manager who barks at all of us: "Either you pay with credit, or exact change. I got no change. All I have is Pepperoni or Cheese!" So, NOT wanting to use a card, nor lose my change to the Caesar Employee Service Fund™. I left. I guess I'll get Crazy Bread... in 2024."
