"Had good indian street food after a very long time in US.. My order: Chhole Bhature - 1.5/5 - those were not chhole bhature honestly. It was a very large puri and homestyle chhole. Being a Delhiite, I know what the real one is Dabeli - 4/5 - This one was fantastic. The pav was fresh and soft and the filling was generous Aloo Tikki Chaat - 4.5/5 - This one was the best. Perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Portion was generous. The Aloo tikki was made fresh and not those frozen ones. The best part about all the food was that it wasn't oily or just masala This is a must visit place for Indian street food in Chicago!"
"Worst Indian food in all of Chicago. It's just simply inedible. I do not understand how others are giving 5 starts. If I can, I would give negative stars. The food has a lot of food color but no taste. It was all stale."
"Cute little place! Their menu is huge. The pani puri, chicken tikka roll and the Bombay grill sandwich were really good, flavorful, must try. Overall none that we had was at all spicy and the portions were small, overpriced. Food came quick."
"Have you ever had pani puri and sahi puri that looked this adorable and delicious at the same time, if not then you have to try them at TUK TUK. We had Bombay sandwich, pani puri, dahi puri, dabeli, and all of them were delicious. Pani puri comes with a nice warm Ragda and refreshing and flavorful pani and Gor-imi chutney, each bite was a delight. aTrue indian street food flavors, place is nice and clean, and the service was nice and fast. Try this cute Indian/Pakistani street food place for sure!"
"Ordered dahi poori, cheese chicken paratha, and kacchi dabeli. I really had high expectations to their food and I ordered these three most popular ones, but I got really disappointed. The chicken Paratha tastes ok but the sauce is terrible, also only tiny bit of chicken was in the flatbread. The dahi poori is not crispy and fillings are not appetizing, the fillings are also pretty hard to put in the balls. Kacchi dabeli is the worst of all three. On menu it’s described as “smashed masala potato and peanut filled in a bun” but it actually tastes like two plain pieces of buns filled with marinara and curry sauce, the most plain food ever. Overall, service is good, but food is too disappointing and not nutritious either."
