"We had a nice time as the team was friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The service throughout the night was very good and our drinks never ran out. The wines are very good and other cocktails as well. We had some appetizers all came out well and the main purse from lobster and steak all pretty good. The deserts had great taste and flavour but make sure you split that carrot cake as it’s 1200cals and huge piece, but very good. Thanks to everyone for a great evening."
"Do NOT waste your money. Ruth's Chris used to be my favorite restaurant years ago but it has gone downhill over the years. I am a salt food person and love salt, but every dish was way too salty and very greasy and oily. The Lobster Bisque tasted burnt and was so salty I couldn't eat it. The Grilled Asparagus was oily and was the only dish that had no salt and no other seasoning or lemon. The Grilled Asparagus was barely cooked and covered in so much oil that it was tasteless and off-putting. The Creamed Spinach and Stuffed Chicken Breast were both very salty as well and both had odd flavors. The Stuffed Chicken Breast was overly seasoned and cheesy and made me feel sick after eating it. Not one of the four items ordered was good. What a disappointment. Now I know why no one suggests this restaurant anymore. When you spend this kind of money on dinner, you expect proper seasoning, fresh ingredients, and proper execution. Everything felt like processed, cheap food with an expensive price tag. I feel sick just thinking of the food as I write this review. Save your money and go somewhere else."
"Let me start by saying that this is hands down the best steak in Fort Wayne. We've been to all the steakhouses in the Fort, and this is THE TOP. To start, I had the chopped salad and my husband had the wedge. The wedge salad was large, delicious and the bleu cheese was awesome. The chopped salad had the best presentation of a salad I've ever seen. And it was super tasty. For dinner we split the ribeye, small seafood tower and baked potato. All the food was exactly what you'd expect from this kind of restaurant. The food gets a 14 out of 10. Now onto the Service. This is where it fell short. I think our server was new. I asked what the small seafood tower included and his response was "I've never had anyone order one, so I'm not sure." Ugh...It turned out it was very ample for two people, but when I'm spending $90 on one menu item, I expect the server to tell me what I'm getting. I expected oyster forks (the little seafood forks for shell fish) to accompany the seafood shell cracker, but that didn't happen. We made do with our regular forks. Our water was empty a couple of times, which started to really upset me. And we had to ask for bread, instead of it being offered. We ordered our baked potato loaded, but it showed up with just butter. We asked for a side of sour cream, hoping the server would realize the mistake, but that didn't happen. Ironically, the table across from us, with the same server, asked about the difference between the small and large seafood towers. He fumbled through his answer and they ended up ordering the large. Hopefully the server learned something about the seafood towers since he delivered at least two tonight. I probably should have brought our issues to a manager, but I understand the service industry and try to give as much grace as possible. However, when I'm spending 5 star money, I expect 5 star service. In conclusion, the food was phenomenal, the service, not so much. Show less"
"Definitely boujie. It reeks of opulence. They are All about the "fine dining experience" and the menu prices reflect that. My husband took me here for my birthday dinner and it was good for a braggable FB post."
"Absolutely delicious every time we have gone and staff is extremely accommodating. Tomahawk steak is a must ONE time (just a fun experience but of course overpriced, even for here)! Cheesecake also amazing. Photos include some from LUNCH, the steak being a 1/3 share of their ribeye."
