"Absolutely horrible management as well as employees. Please for your own good pass this place up and get what you need from CVS or Kroger. These people here are on a power trip, they are bored and most likely high. This is what happens when you let your hiring process be determined not by skill but by recent social criteria that includes miscreants. Avoid at all cost!!"

"It’s now day 3 of asking them to fill my medication. (Called them and they said it would be done this afternoon , it was not.) That’s literally all they have to do. Especially for something serious like postpartum depression. It’s ridiculous. And then they decided to say my prescription was filled AFTER THEY CLOSED. And now they’re closed Friday through Tuesday"

"Pharmacy is temporarily closed. Had refills for medications sent there. I called corporate and they said I could drive to Avon Indiana to get my script. I called Avon pharmacy to see if they could transfer to another pharmacy in Terre Haute and was told they wouldn’t do that and I’d have to wait and have my doctor resend the script to another company or drive to Avon to get my meds. I even called the corporate office and was told they wouldn’t transfer and would have to wait until Monday to have my doctor send a new scripts to a different pharmacy. I will NEVER use this company again. If I could give negative stars I would. How greedy does a company have to be that they refuse to transfer a script and want to try to make someone drive over an hour to get their meds or risk their health by going without them."

"Used to be my pharmacy of choice, but they've become totally unreliable. The pharmacy is now closed on weekends, and even random weekdays I arrive to find a sign on the door "Sorry, we decided not to open the pharmacy today." We're talking about medications, not video games - I can't just "Wait until Monday" - especially since even Monday is no guarantee. Completely irresponsible and shows an incredible lack of respect for customers."

"Pharmacy closed from Friday until Monday. If they are going to be open at their convenience, at least post that you need an appointment to do any pharmacy business. You can have the prescription transferred to another Walgreens that also doesn't keep their posted hours and says the script is ready when it isn't."
