"This site is one of the consistent ones: very rarely is there a mistake on my order(s), temp has always been good, service is usually quick (obviously the most busy times it's different but, that's to be expected). Having worked a second job at a Mickey's (in present) one suggestion to the Gen Z employees is engage a bit with your customers when you're not swamped instead of throwing that window shut."

"I placed 2 online orders at approximately 8:25pm. They were set up for curbside pickup, and when I arrived at 8:35pm and checked in, they replied, stating the food would be out between 2-5 mins . 10+ minutes later, when it wasn't out, we went inside to see what the problem was. The girl at the register was new and did not know anything, so she went to ask the people working on the food. Those employees choose to tell her to leave them alone and go back to the front. We requested to speak to the manager but she never came to speak to us. Although she was present and aware of the situation. Since she would not come to the front and help anyone ( there were 4 or 5 other people who had been waiting an excessive amount of time as well), I decided to record the incident for my protection. This really upset one of the employees, who decided it was appropriate to start cussing loudly, on the floor, in front of a lobby full of customers, including children. Mind you, he was using this language while speaking directly to "the manager" ( if you could call her that) . This manager does not address this either. We waited until 9:10 pm. When we finally decided to just leave. The video is going to McDonald's corporate and maybe even the media. If they do not refund my over $30 that I ended up wasting since I never got my food."

"I just did a mobile order here at this location first time and they did the best so far. My food is so fresh and hot and it was pretty quick. I’m impressed definitely recommend this one for mobile orders thanks"

"Someone please make this make sense. I ordered $23 worth of food and the store sends me a sealed bag with more than half of my items missing and then customer service offers me a $7 refund. How is this acceptable?"
