"Overall i really like this place, but a lot of the times i like to order through doordash, and im unsure if its like teenagers or something or people who don’t really care, but if i order a drink with oat milk, why would i want whipped cream on top of my drink? and, if i order an oreo ice capp, why isn’t there any oreo in the drink? lmao. also, if you are out of something, don’t randomly put items in replacement of that thing, talk to the dasher or the customer directly and let them know you are out of that item so THEY can choose what they want. i like the morning shift people though."

"We went here yesterday and we ordered 2 iced drinks. We just came back because we liked them and reordered. it sounded like the red haired female cashier said “um those are hot?” And I guess she decided to put the hot drinks on our order when we had the exact same drinks iced yesterday? So when we told her at the window that it was wrong instead of offering to remake she said “uhm well that’s not what you ordered. what do u want a cup of ice with it?” We just decided to deal with it and leave but the lack of good customer service was really disappointing and frustrating so probably won’t be back"

"On Friday I visited the Time Hortons on Ice Way in Fort Wayne, IN. I ordered a medium hot mocha latte with a caramel drizzle. It tasted nothing like what it was supposed to. It just tasted like a normal black coffee. Needless to say I was robbed out of almost $6.00."

"First time trying Tim Hortons! I had the "Creamy Coconut Cappachino (Frozen)" which is a limited time item. It had so much flavor and was made perfectly. I would order it again! Hoping to stop by again soon."
